Its a NO secret that the OCEAN if filled with the plastic debris all around the world & no corner is left without it.
A simple walk along any coast in the world & you would be viewing huge thrive of plastic in various forms & size littering all around the coast. Its not only creating an impact on human life but also on the Marine life to a huge extent.
You would be surprised to know the fact that every year around "8 Million Metric Ton" of plastic gets accumulated in the ocean and this figure is said to raise 10 folds if not action is taken now.

All the aquatic animal are in danger either through direct or indirect manner of their food chain.
Mostly the ones who are in danger due to plastic waste are following:-

Adidas in collaboration with Parley, a US organisation which works to prevent plastic waste in ocean & thereby prevent the aquatic life.
What started with a merge concept is now available for people to buy: Stylish seafoam green running shoes made from recycled plastic.
The shoe features an upper sole made from 95% recycled plastic removes from ocean near the Maldives.

Adidas has been working with Parley since April 2015, and has supported the charity in its education and communication programmes.
To coincide with World Oceans Day (8 June) in 2016, the two released the limited edition Adidas x Parley trainers made from recycled gill net and waste plastic collected from around the Maldives, to highlight the problem of plastic waste in the oceans.
The partnership has also developed an Ocean Plastic Program that aims to ‘end plastic pollution of the oceans’ though the three pillars of the Parley A.I.R. Strategy: Avoid, Intercept and Redesign.
